Amy Jackson, RID, LEED AP

B.S. Interior Design, University of Texas at San Antonio College of Architecture

She prides herself on being the world's best auntie, has a green thumb, loves history, puns and Bill Murray. An INFJ, she can often be found obsessing over details, curating the perfect playlist, talking to her plants and rearranging things. Currently she's learning how to macrame. If she were a Golden Girl she would be Dorothy. Her boss is a 13-year old wiener dog named Kaya.

Amy Jackson, RID, LEED AP

B.S. Interior Design, University of Texas at San Antonio College of Architecture

A Dallas native, Amy is a registered interior designer with nearly fifteen years of hospitality design experience working with nationally recognized design firms for a wide range of clients and project types. Actively involved in all phases of design from conceptual programming, space planning and renderings to FF&E specifications and construction details, she has a strong foundation in developing the ‘design story’. Inspired by the visual, tactile and architectural moments that bring a space to life, she feels most connected to chef-driven restaurant projects.

As a founding partner she brings a passion for design, an eclectic playlist and a sense of humor to the design studio. Her attention to detail is borderline OCD.

John began his career with architectural firms in Connecticut, Los Angeles and San Antonio before founding his own architectural practice in 1997. A licensed architect, he has executed a wide range of residential, commercial and institutional projects while teaching architectural and interior design courses as well as furniture design and construction courses at the University of Texas at San Antonio, San Antonio College and the University of Incarnate Word.

A 'maker' - he designs and fabricates furniture, creates sculpture and has exhibited both at galleries and museums across the region.

*The name of our company is an homage to a professional mentor of both partners who has taught and inspired them (among countless others) immeasurably. He sports a Salvador Dali mustache and frequently uses the term                  when acknowledging success, a good idea, a job well done...pretty much anything that's awesome.
